Placing an order and Payment
Placing an order is very easy. Next to each item you will find the size and quantity option. Once you have made your selection, press on the "add to cart" button. Your will be able to manage your shopping cart and be redirected to an external secured page in order to proceed the payment with your credit card or your PayPal account according to the way you want to pay for your order.
Item(s) will be shipped after payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be processed correctly.
Since we are producing small quantities of each item to guarantee originality, some articles ordered may have gone out of stock. Although you will be notify, it is important for us to insure you a great shopping experience. And that's why if an article becomes unavailable AFTER you have placed your order, we will refund you the money and email you.
Pricing policy and Charges
Tax is included on all prices ( for Israeli customers only).
According to the country of destination, some duties/taxes may occur. These expenses are at the customer's charge and should be paid directly upon receipt of the parcel.
Shipping and Delivery
Items will be shipped within 3 business days by registered mail with a tracking number. You will be able to track your shipment easily and in a timely manner. You will be informed by mail when your items are shipped.
Shipment usually takes up to 7 business day in Israel, 14 business days to Europe and up to 21 business days to the USA, Africa or the Far East.
Postal delays may occur from time to time and Petit Wild cannot be held accountable for delays generated by the postal service.
Express delivery within 2-3 business days is available at the price of 15-30 US$, depending on the weight and the country of residence
Refunds and Exchanges
All items leaving our warehouse in Tel Aviv, Israel, are packed and water proof. Petit Wild is not responsible for any damage or loss occurring during transportation.

You have the right to return you order within 48 hours from the day of delivery of the goods and receive a full refund of the goods, excluding the shipping cost.
If you want to exchange the goods, please contact us as soon as possible by phone +972 54580739 or by email email@example.com , you have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to return your order to exchange the goods or receive a voucher of the amount of the returning goods, excluding the shipping cost.
The goods have to be undamaged and unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) will not be refunded. We reserve the right to return to the customer items that are not returned in their original condition.
All items returned should include the returned form fully completed along with an order reference number, purchased item(s), price paid, reason of cancelation and the customer's contact. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
All items should be returned in the same condition they were received. All items should be returned properly packed and water proof. Any damaged item will not be refunded. All returned goods should be mailed via postal service with insurance and tracking number. Petit Wild is not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail. As soon as we get the package back, we will send you a confirmation email.

Should you receive the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange the garment and shipping will be on us!

Why do the items ordered seem in a different color then the one on the screen?
Some colors are slightly different depending on the screen of your computer. That's why we are trying to give you the most accurate description of the garment.
Can I wash all the clothes in the washing machine?
Please refer to the label and the care instruction we have included in the description.

How do I know the size I need to order?
We have attached next to the description, a table with sizes. If you are still not sure, please contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you to find the exact size you are looking for.
Why do I need to pay V.A.T if I order in Israel?
According to Israeli law, any purchase made in Israel is subject to an 18% V.A.T. tax.
How will I get a refund for my purchase?
All refunds will be made in the same original form of payment.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Yes, you can return or exchange an item. But make sure to contact us as soon as possible and send it back within 14 days of receiving the garment.
Do I need to pay tax and duties?
Depending where you live in the world, you may have to pay tax and duties. We recommend you check with your local postal service about these fees.
How can I change my placed order?
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation by email, you won't be able to make any changes to your order. However, If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or in your contact and or shipping information, you must contact immediately Petit Wild by email at email@example.com
